Klaarsäga is a new freshwater fish on Estonian market since summer 2016. Klaarsäga was born when vundu and african catfish met and is cultivated in the Netherlands. The fish swim in the water of highest quality, with plenty of food available, so they are free of stress.
Klaarsäga fillet has pinkish white meat with mild flavor, it is bone-free and healthy having 750 mg omega-3 fatty acids per 100 grams. It has firm structure even when baked and grilled.
